Automotive Senior Technician

Bridgestone Americas is a leading tire and automotive services company with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our team.
As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, leading a team of technicians, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, and air conditioning systems.
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
- A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
- Reading, writing, and math skills.
