Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously, redirecting them as needed.
  • Welcome, greet, and direct patients, visitors, and guests with a smile.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail with precision.
  • Maintain up-to-date lists of patients/residents and employees.
  • Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required
