A dynamic and rapidly expanding health-focused direct-to-consumer organization is seeking to fill a newly established position for a Supply Chain Inventory Supervisor. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of finished goods across multiple third-party logistics (3PL) partner locations, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to foster a cooperative network aimed at developing cost-efficient solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report inventory data, ensuring optimized stock levels throughout the distribution network.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential inventory shortages.
  • Minimize surplus inventory while maintaining high service standards across all sales channels, including Retail, Direct-to-Consumer, and E-commerce.
  • Engage with 3PL partners to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
  • Refine and establish processes for managing excess and obsolete inventory, providing recommendations to prevent stock obsolescence.
  • Implement value-added services and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the 3PL network.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or 3PL management.
  • Experience in inventory optimization techniques.
  • Proven project management skills.
