Role Summary: We are in search of a proficient Supply Chain Operation Specialist who is fluent in both Chinese and English. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of relevant experience within the cabinetry sector and will be adept at facilitating communication between our production facilities in South Asia and our sales representatives in North America. This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete supply chain operations for our premium cabinetry, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners in South Asia to oversee production timelines, quality assurance, and logistics for shipments.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend customer needs, predict demand, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Formulate and execute supply chain strategies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing costs.
  • Assess and monitor supply chain performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing necessary corrective measures.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and internal company policies.
  • Maintain precise records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues within the supply chain promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within the cabinetry or a related industry.
  • Strong grasp of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility in working hours to facilitate communication across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with manufacturers in South Asia.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
