- Manage incoming calls, offering necessary information or directing inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Execute various administrative tasks to assist the clinical team, promoting efficient operations.
- Organize and oversee appointment scheduling through our electronic booking system.
- Confirm insurance coverage and secure precertification/authorization as required.
- Process necessary payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and guide patients to financial advisors when appropriate.
- Ensure accurate entry and upkeep of patient demographic, billing, and clinical data in the registration system.
- Facilitate medical referrals and follow-up procedures, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
- Support data entry tasks, maintaining precision and timeliness in all responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks swiftly in response to evolving needs.
- Keen attention to detail, particularly in managing medical referrals, follow-ups, and data entry.
- Previous experience in customer service, medical office settings, retail, or roles requiring multitasking and independent work is advantageous.
