Pediatric Healthcare Specialist

At MaineGeneral Health, we are seeking a skilled Pediatric Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Pediatric Rapid Evaluation Program, you will provide primary or acute healthcare services for certain acute or chronic health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently conducting Follow-Up Assessments of children 6-8 months after their Comprehensive Health Assessment.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess the medical and psychological needs of children entering foster care.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and their families.
