Matching Grant Program Manager

This role requires a strong background in workforce development and refugee services, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to converse with clients in multiple languages.
About the Position:
- Supervise staff within the Workforce Development Department
- Coordinate program activities to maximize contract goals and performance targets
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Track caseloads and goals of direct staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to converse with clients in multiple languages
- Experience in workforce development and refugee services preferred
What We Offer:
$62,000-$64,000 annual salary, comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays. CAMBA is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
