CAMBA is a leading provider of comprehensive services to empower individuals and families in need. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Workforce Development and Refugee Services Programs as a Supervisor (Matching Grant).

In this role, you will oversee the assigned staff within the Workforce Development Department, manage program activities to achieve contract goals and performance targets, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and perform other duties as assigned.

As a Supervisor (Matching Grant), you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills, work collaboratively with a diverse team, and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families.

Key responsibilities include supervising assigned staff, planning and organizing program activities, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, conducting biweekly one-on-one meetings with staff, tracking caseload and goals of direct staff, monitoring complex cases, maintaining a reduced caseload, motivating and coaching direct reporting staff, administering constructive discipline, managing time effectively, and reviewing documentation related to clients' and programs' progress.

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000-$64,000 annually, paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, and other benefits. CAMBA is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workplace.
