The Role

As a pivotal member of our team, the Enterprise Technology Solutions Manager will spearhead the development and execution of a holistic technology strategy that aligns with our corporate goals, propelling growth and fostering innovation.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the strategic direction of real estate and workplace technology within Enterprise Operations, managing the planning, execution, and integration of cutting-edge systems, applications, and technological solutions.

We seek an individual who is passionate about the latest technological advancements, has experience managing scalable initiatives, and has successfully built and expanded services in prior roles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with corporate objectives, driving growth and innovation.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of new systems, applications, and technological solutions, ensuring seamless operations that meet business requirements.
  • Manage technology projects by defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and monitor system performance metrics to evaluate the success of our systems, fostering alignment and accountability among regional and functional leaders.
  • Collaborate with technology advocates within Enterprise Operations to encourage innovation, cultivate a collaborative culture, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our technology infrastructure.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, introduce new technologies, and facilitate their integration into the organization in collaboration with Netflix technical teams and external partners as business needs evolve.
  • Oversee the management and integration of essential enterprise systems, ensuring their effective utilization and performance.
  • Create and provide training resources for end users and cross-functional team members to ensure optimal use of technology solutions.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Netflix technology teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices regarding information security and data privacy.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates on technology initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders, including an annual review to outline the roadmap for system enhancements.
  • Assess existing systems and technologies for gaps and areas of improvement, recommending enhancements to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in a similar capacity, managing technology programs and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in designing and implementing technologies for corporate facilities and production sites on a global scale.
  • Strong technical foundation with expertise in systems architecture, infrastructure management, and software development methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of information security, network architecture, and cloud solutions.
  • Ability to influence various levels of the organization and drive decisions and implementations amidst diverse perspectives.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience leading large cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are advantageous.

Our compensation structure is based solely on an annual salary, allowing you to choose how much of your compensation you prefer in salary versus stock options.
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $390,000.

Netflix offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, stock options, disability programs, health savings and flexible spending accounts, family-forming benefits, and life and serious injury benefits.

We also provide paid leave programs, with full-time hourly employees accruing 35 days annually for paid time off, while full-time salaried employees enjoy flexible time off.
