Job Summary:
This role provides critical legal support and guidance to Walmart's Sustainability and ESG teams. As an ESG Lead Counsel, you will play a key part in helping the company achieve its environmental, social, and governance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide informed legal advice to clients on ESG matters, including public reporting requirements and other public statements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and direct legal support for various projects.
• Develop and foster relationships as business partners with clients by understanding their goals and objectives, providing business-related input.
• Support various projects relating to corporate governance, securities law, and general corporate matters.
• Partner with the business on various strategic and supplier ESG initiatives.

Requirements:
• Law degree from an accredited law school and 6 years' experience in law.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• At least 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Recent experience providing ESG-related legal advice and support to clients with large, multinational operations.
