Our esteemed client, a prominent Medical Center affiliated with a prestigious California Public Ivy university and one of the largest healthcare delivery systems in the state, is in search of a skilled VoIP Application Engineer.

*** Contract Duration: 10 months with potential for extensions ***
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.
- Hybrid role: 90% Remote; 10% Onsite.
Key Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Proficiency with VoIP applications on mobile devices.
- Experience with Vocera Vina is highly preferred.
- Basic project management capabilities, including leading meetings, prioritizing tasks, resolving conflicts, and managing project plans.
- Strong analytical skills in system workflow and business process design.
- Prior exposure to clinical IT systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership abilities coupled with a strong customer service focus.
- Proven track record of influencing and building consensus.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and respectful environment, thrive in unstructured settings, and maintain professional and ethical standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills, including active listening, rapport building, and effective communication.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Proficient in information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and various digital platforms.
