Job Title: Director of Human Resources

InterChange Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and support the growth and development of our team members.

About the Role:

The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with InterChange's Cultural Keystones, Work Principles, and strategic objectives. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support our sales, customer experience, operations, and organization-wide teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and align with company values.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent across all levels and divisions.
  • Team Member Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members on HR-related matters, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Leadership: Design and implement performance leadership processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and implement initiatives to support ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate team members.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Team Member Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes team member engagement, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance leadership, and company development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the company.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Proven track record of driving team member engagement, fostering a positive company culture, and managing change effectively.
