Job Overview

The Client Services Analyst serves as the primary liaison between TrueCommerce, a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider focused on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and its clientele. This role involves not only guiding new clients through the onboarding process but also delivering continuous training and support to enhance operational efficiency and inventory management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management for Client Onboarding

  • Facilitate the setup of suppliers and distributors.
  • Oversee data exchange processes and testing phases.
  • Manage internal operational workflows.
  • Execute mass data manipulation and validation tasks.
  • Identify and define new application requirements tailored to specific client needs.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for new VMI Planners.

Ongoing Client Support

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist clients in adjusting system configurations to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Perform regular performance assessments with clients to evaluate system effectiveness.

Consultation for VMI Strategy Enhancement

  • Conduct introductory performance reviews with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish goals and expectations.
  • Support client teams in formulating improvement strategies.

System Development Consultation

  • Provide insights for the development of new system functionalities.
  • Participate in testing new system features.
  • Educate assigned clients on the latest system enhancements.

Special Projects

As assigned, contribute to various initiatives that enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be necessary, approximately 8 times a year for up to 4 days at a time.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Organizational: Advanced

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Information Technology.

Preferred: Experience with business systems and data management.

Licenses & Certifications:

Relevant certifications are advantageous.
