The SimplyInsured Customer Support Team consists of three tiers, providing numerous growth opportunities within the organization.
YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will assist potential clients in utilizing our comprehensive online tools to explore health insurance options for their businesses, as well as support existing clients with administrative inquiries. Your primary objective will be to ensure prompt and thorough responses to customer inquiries, contributing to our mission of enhancing customer satisfaction and alleviating concerns about health insurance.
You will engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, while documenting interactions in our support ticketing system. A passion for helping others, particularly regarding their health, is essential. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into customer challenges and propose solutions to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong multitasking abilities and productivity.
- Genuine passion for assisting individuals, especially in health-related matters.
- Able to thrive in a high-volume contact center environment.
- Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Desire to help businesses optimize their healthcare solutions.
