As a Screening Solutions Specialist, Remote, you'll play a pivotal role in driving product growth in practices to meet sales goals within your assigned geography and delivering diagnostic solutions that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the importance of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) diseases and screening to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Enhance prospective relationships and increase the volume of quality virtual customer touchpoints to drive growth and revenue.
  • Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscapes to identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and deliver improved patient outcomes.
  • Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care to identify account opportunities and work with HCPs to improve clinical decision making.
  • Build a network of relationships within accounts to gain insight into system, customer, and patient unmet needs.
  • Develop and implement business and account plans to increase the visibility and awareness of Exact Sciences' products and maximize opportunities and sales growth.
  • Lead the implementation of these business and customer plans to devise and implement customer-specific pre-and post-call engagement approaches.
  • Inform, educate, and enable target physician and stakeholder groups about Exact Sciences' products and value propositions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Expertise in computer technology specific to virtual sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Previous sales, inside sales, or account management experience.
  • Experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostics.
