Job Summary

As a Respiratory Care Practitioner at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, WA, you will be responsible for managing, assessing, planning, and evaluating care for patients with acute and/or chronic cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities in collaboration with the rest of the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care plans, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • Perform basic computer skills, including retrieving patient information, billing, data base management, and editing patient data.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on cardiopulmonary health and disease management.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Two year technical program - Associate Degree in Respiratory Care or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
  • Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
