Construction Supervisor Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee and manage all on-site activities related to the construction of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific experience in modular or prefabricated building processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management

    • Oversight of the entire construction process from inception to completion.
    • Development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase.
    • Coordination with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
    • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints for all projects.

  • Team Leadership

    • Leadership and management of construction crews, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
    • Provision of guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
    • Conducting regular team meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and progress.

  • Quality Control

    • Ensuring that all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
    • Regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from project specifications.
    • Implementation and maintenance of a rigorous quality assurance program.

  • Safety Management

    • Enforcement of all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
    • Regular safety meetings and training sessions.
    • Investigation and reporting of any accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Resource Management

    • Management of procurement and allocation of materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Monitoring and controlling project costs, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
    • Coordination with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

  • Communication and Reporting

    • Maintenance of open and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Preparation and presentation of regular progress reports, highlighting issues or delays and proposing solutions.
    • Documentation of all construction activities, maintaining accurate records for future reference.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
