Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our commercial construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tools, machinery, and materials to maintain a safe and efficient worksite.
  • Manage field workers and oversee daily responsibilities to ensure project goals are met.
  • Supervise construction activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate contractor activities, requisition necessary materials and equipment, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, train employees, and maintain accurate worksite reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory or assistant foreman role, preferably in the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and materials, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
