About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tanker Driver to join our growing team at Landmark Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager and project management team in ensuring the successful execution of projects with clients and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and management team to execute projects successfully.
  • Maintain a strong desire to learn from the Project Manager and be able to execute specific subtasks of Project Management effectively.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with construction documents.
  • Monitor the delivery of needed materials for projects, ensuring timely deliveries and appropriate billing.
  • Review and track project invoices to ensure accurate billings and manage material needs.
  • Maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow.
  • Review, distribute, and track RFI's.
  • Take accountability for the independent management of their own projects and timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
