- Ensure compliance with state and federal food regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and safety.
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management
- Manage departmental financial functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and asset management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and reduce expenses.
- Community and Relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and payers.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
- Licensed Dietitian in the State of Minnesota (preferred) or Credentialed as a certified dietary manager or registered dietetic technician.
- At least five years of experience in dietary services, with hospital experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in a previous leadership or supervisory position.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check as required by the State of Minnesota.
- BLS certification required.
This is an exempt position, requiring 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the organization.
