About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As an RN Emergency Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and the community.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; NRP and PALS certifications desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
