At LifeBridge Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in our Residential Rehabilitation Program, working with individuals who require psycho-social rehabilitative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and assist members with various activities of daily living skills, such as shopping, budgeting, and food selections.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of at least 3-5 clients and complete documentation on time.
- Work collaboratively with a team environment to provide comprehensive care.
- Effectively communicate through written and verbal formats.
- Perform case management duties, including procuring and linking clients to community resources.
- Conduct one-to-one and group sessions related to teaching Activities of Daily Living skills.
- Conduct outreach with clients in the community when needed or indicated on the client's IRRP.
Requirements:
- High School Degree/Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with the mentally ill.
- Valid Maryland State Driver's license with a maximum of 2 points.
- Valid CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Good writing and grammar skills.
- Ability to perform basic computer Word functions.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
