Outpatient Child Mental Health Therapist Specializing in Autism

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Child Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a specialist in Autism, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and their families.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies.
- Provide top-notch care to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of improving mental health care in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to Ellie guidelines and protocol.
- For Full-Time status clinicians, maintain a caseload of a minimum of client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Candidates must have a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an LCPC or LCSW-C.
- Required experience with completing Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
