Child and Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

At Ellie Mental Health, we're seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents in our community.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy.
- Provide excellent service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per clinic guidelines and protocol.
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
- Attend and participate in all case consultations and training.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Maryland licensure (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT).
- Required experience with completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
