Position Details

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Armed Security Officer.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Shift: Morning / 8am - 5pm
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older / Armed License Card (mandatory)
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, with varying environments and conditions based on client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for armed positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, in accordance with the law.
  • Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is mandatory.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
