As a key member of the Global Lending Services LLC team, the Account Coordinator will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers. This individual will be responsible for communicating with dealers and assigned buying and sales representatives to resolve missing stipulations required to close consumer loans.
The Account Coordinator will drive value within the organization by developing and maintaining positive business relationships with dealers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely communications. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers
- Assist dealers with the accurate completion of funding packages
- Notify dealers of loan package status
- Identify and track funding errors at the dealership level
- Maintain acceptable turnaround time to achieve volume targets
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as an Account Coordinator, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Financial services and/or auto industry experience preferred
- Confident self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels inside and outside the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities
Employment Requirements
The Account Coordinator position requires:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Talk and hear to exchange accurate information
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures
- The position does not require travel
- Business needs will dictate the exact work schedule, which should be expected to vary at times
