Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality products are delivered.
  • Lead a Team: Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees, assign, oversee, and evaluate work, and recommend promotions, transfers, or terminations based on performance.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise food preparation and service operations, forecast food items, and estimate consumption per shift.
  • Customer Service: Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Delegate and oversee the ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste and theft.
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily and weekly paperwork, audit previous shift's systems and procedures, and perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail food company or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in using a personal computer and software packages (Word/Excel).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and walk for extended periods.
