About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained. You'll also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, responding promptly to any requests or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all areas of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring that all areas of the property are well-stocked
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to any requests or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
