Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide quality, sound, evidenced-based, trauma & attachment-informed treatment, and responsive care to clients seeking services, assessments, consultations, and professional development training.

Responsibilities
  • Perform intake assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children using evidence-based treatment methods.
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Record all documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet billing requirements and practice policy.
  • Adhere to all practice and licensing standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications
  • Licensed or Licensed Eligible, meeting residency requirements respective to the Board (Counseling or Social Work).
  • Completed or in the process of completing a Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a similar field.
  • Maintain personal professional liability insurance to ensure protection and peace of mind.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
