National Counseling Group is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services to assigned caseload.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure comprehensive input in Individual Service Plan development.
  • Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered, psychosocial, and psycho-educational interventions to achieve treatment goals.
  • Offer individual, family, and group counseling and therapy services in accordance with approved credentialing and skill set.
  • Facilitate individual and family sessions to address identified goals and objectives.
  • Document all treatment activities, including phone calls, to ensure accurate case records.
  • Maintain ongoing and consistent communication with affiliated case professionals, including school, social services, and other mental health providers.
  • Provide formal case updates and presentations to professionals in various settings, such as FAPT, IEP, and Court.
