Mental Health Specialist

National Counseling Group is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and detailed case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and case management services to assigned caseload.
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure comprehensive input in Individual Service Plan development.
- Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered, psychosocial, and psycho-educational interventions to achieve treatment goals.
- Offer individual, family, and group counseling and therapy services in accordance with approved credentialing and skill set.
- Facilitate individual and family sessions to address identified goals and objectives.
- Document all treatment activities, including phone calls, to ensure accurate case records.
- Maintain ongoing and consistent communication with affiliated case professionals, including school, social services, and other mental health providers.
- Provide formal case updates and presentations to professionals in various settings, such as FAPT, IEP, and Court.
