Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Liaison Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support and have a strong background in office operations.

About the Role

The Administrative Services Liaison Specialist will provide administrative support to our executive team, handling tasks of routine to average difficulty. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our office and various stakeholders, including state departments, local and federal agencies, and community organizations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, handling tasks of routine to average difficulty.
  • Act as a liaison between our office and various stakeholders, including state departments, local and federal agencies, and community organizations.
  • Routinely handle complaints and requests from members of the legislature, other departments, citizens, and employees.
  • Attend legislative functions and meetings as required to gain information.
  • Assign, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned clerical and other staff and their work.
  • Makes recommendations on personnel actions such as employment, promotion, demotion, transfer, retention, and increases for exceptional performance.
  • Handles routine correspondence, prepares non-routine correspondence as requested, and assembles information for speeches, staff meetings, and other purposes.
  • Makes travel arrangements, keeps expense accounts, and orders office supplies as needed.

Requirements

This role requires a strong background in office operations and administration. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
  • Qualifying full-time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
