Patient Access Liaison

HEALTHSOURCE OF OHIO is seeking an experienced Patient Access Liaison to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can help us expand access to quality healthcare in our communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with uninsured or underinsured patients and non-health center families within our eight-county service areas.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to educate them on affordability options, program requirements, and enrollment processes.
- Ensure seamless data management and reporting to inform our outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate's degree is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
What We Offer:
A competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
