- Prepare Accurate Repair Orders: Create detailed repair orders, including time, cost, and labor estimates, and verify warranty and service contracts with clients.
- Identify Mechanical Problems: Conduct fact-finding interviews and perform interactive visual inspections to identify mechanical issues, and arrange road tests as necessary.
- Promote Labor, Parts, and Accessories: Explain estimates to clients and obtain approval for work that is sold, promoting the sale of labor, parts, and accessories.
- Provide Timely Updates: Follow the progress of service repairs and keep clients informed with timely updates.
- Maintain Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer service and client retention.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
