Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Program Manager to enhance operational excellence within the Operations Program Management Team. You will oversee all operational activities from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL). Your role will place you at the forefront, collaborating across all functional areas within operations to optimize efficiency. With your enthusiasm for program management, you will play a crucial role in defining how Pure Storage scales and meets global demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead various Operations teams on NPI, Sustaining, and EOL initiatives.
  • Coordinate product and service programs alongside cross-functional stakeholders and core teams.
  • Manage product transitions to enhance Time to Market (TTM) and reduce Excess and Obsolete (E&O) costs.
  • Oversee planning and execution of deliverables for each program, ensuring scalability in volume and quality at our contract manufacturers.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives through collaboration to ensure efficiency at scale.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance internal processes and uphold quality across Operations.
  • Provide comprehensive program visibility to stakeholders, executives, and team members through dashboards and metrics.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and team-building skills to effectively convey project strategies, program risks, and dependencies, managing issues and solutions to ensure overall program success.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in Program and Project Management, New Product Introduction, or Sustaining & EOL.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale, complex global programs in a high-tech setting.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication skills, and knowledge of the product life cycle.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with cross-functional team members.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering results with determination.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing positively to the workplace culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • A Master's degree and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
  • This role requires in-office presence for three days a week, with variations based on business needs.

Pay Range:
USD $172,000.00 - $259,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement:
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range reflects the labor market across applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
