Position Summary:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive organizational strategies that align with clients' business goals and market conditions.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
    • Design and execute change management initiatives to support strategic transformations.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Provide coaching and guidance to client leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness and drive organizational success.
    • Develop customized leadership development programs that align with clients' strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Manage project teams, allocate resources, and ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
    • Track project progress, measure outcomes, and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in various industries.
    • Develop proposals, lead client presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new engagements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning Alpha Leadership Co. as a preferred partner for organizational strategy consulting.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Contribute to the development of Alpha Leadership Co.'s intellectual capital by writing articles, delivering presentations, and participating in industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration, organizational development, management, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on organizational strategy, leadership development, and change management.
  • Proven track record of leading successful consulting engagements with large organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
  • Deep understanding of organizational design, change management principles, and leadership development best practices.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
