  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and check sales, as well as returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom, sales floor, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stocking and facing merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Support the store's sales goals by suggesting products and services to guests, and promoting special offers and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
