Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Federal Account Executive to join our team at Qualtrics. As a Federal Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading all sales efforts within your assigned territory, including prospect identification, lead generation, sales calls, handling the sales cycle, proposal and contract negotiation through deal closure, with a specific focus on driving incremental revenue for our Federal product lines and buyer personas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the Federal vertical
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within Federal organizations
  • Utilize enterprise sales processes such as MEDDICC to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on Federal procurement processes and regulations, as well as Federal government security standards and policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of Federal clients
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and key results

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to the Federal vertical
  • Successful track record in achieving assigned targets within the Federal vertical
  • Proven ability to build relationships with relevant Federal contractors and respond to Federal government RFI's and RFP's
  • Well-versed in Federal procurement processes and regulations, as well as Federal government security standards and policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a track record of success in the Federal vertical
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
