About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Business Process Management Lead to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business solutions that drive clear business benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement business process management solutions using Appian Analyst and Designer view.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Appian Smart Services and Tempo Interface.
  • Collaborate with key business users to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of current and target operating models.
  • Run workshops with stakeholders to translate ideas into concrete work activities.
  • Design and implement business workflow automation and business rules execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience in business process management.
  • Proven track record of working closely with key business users.
  • Experience with Agile projects and scenario-based requirements gathering.
  • Expertise in analyzing and documenting business processes, writing business requirements, and functional requirements.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and contribute to the establishment of enterprise standards.
