  • Engage in the design and development of advanced Business Process Models aimed at automating, digitizing, and modernizing comprehensive business workflows within the operational framework of clients.
  • Collaborate within a team of highly skilled engineers to create solutions utilizing the client’s workflow platform.
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team comprising technologists and BPM specialists focused on modernizing and transforming the systems that support client operations.
  • Concentrate on developing cloud-based applications to update legacy systems while transitioning our workflow framework to a contemporary BPM platform and migrating existing workflows accordingly.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of demonstrated programming experience in Java or Groovy.
  • Practical experience in creating web services, RESTful APIs, Spring, etc.
  • Familiarity with AWS is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principles.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in JavaScript and user interface development.
  • Exposure to form.io is advantageous.
  • Experience or knowledge in implementing BPM solutions using leading BPM products, preferably Camunda.
  • Background in business process enhancement or re-engineering projects, working closely with business and operational teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Design leads to develop effective automation solutions.
  • Solid comprehension of Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in financial services within operations or technology is a plus.
