About the Role

The Business Process Engineer at AmTrust Financial Services is responsible for examining, improving, and streamlining business processes within the organization. This role involves leading the coordination and implementation of assigned projects, collaborating with key stakeholders, and assisting in the setting of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process mapping and gather and analyze important business data to create reports based on recommendations.
  • Effectively evaluate processes, workflows, and business needs, and collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop new process designs that support the organization's short-term objectives and long-term strategy.
  • Provide support in change management and identify effective business-specific processes that can be leveraged enterprise-wide.
  • Perform other functionally related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 5% domestically
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project
  • Scrum / Agile experience
