Malcolm International LLC is seeking a skilled construction model designer to create 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other civil engineering software. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D and 3D models based on construction plans and specifications
  • Conduct estimating takeoffs and provide accurate quantities
  • Assist in construction scheduling and provide models for proposals and project planning
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction design and planning
  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience in architecture, design, construction engineering, or related field
  • Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, AutoDesk BIM, SketchUp, Tekla, Trimble, Microstation, and Synchro
  • Primavera P3 experience desired, but not required
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam software
