The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Strategy Leader to join our team. As a strategic leader, you will oversee and direct all clinical and pharmacy operations, executing our clinical strategy at OncoHealth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic leadership
  • Operational excellence, case review, and program development
  • Clinical expertise and oversight

  • Quality improvement
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical degree (MD) or equivalent
  • Licensure and certification: current unrestricted Medical Doctor license in good standing recognized in the US. Board certification in an oncology-oriented area is strongly preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in managed care, with significant expertise in oncology utilization management or pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
  • Proven track record of success in managing oncology drug formularies, utilization policies, and payer relations
  • Strong understanding of the oncology drug pipeline, including clinical, financial, and operational implications
