Job Description:

At Cynet Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Operations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and New Hire Orientation: Welcome new employees, provide necessary documentation, and ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  • HR Systems Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for HR-related systems and software.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Consultation: Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Highly accurate and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience required.
  • Strong project and process management skills.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed, matrixed team environment.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Workday HCM experience required.
