Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, including verifying vehicle sizes and recommending suitable options
  • Properly install and repair tires, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized tire bay, including disposing of tires and filling propane tanks as needed
  • Merchandise tire displays and automotive products, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked area
  • Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs and maintain accurate supply inventory
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills required
  • Prior tire installation experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance and work in a fast-paced environment
