About the Role

The Senior Automation Engineer will play a key role in driving automation initiatives across the organization, leveraging expertise in automation technologies to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategic plans to implement them.
  • Design, develop, and deploy automated solutions using various technologies, including Python, Java, and C#.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored automation solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Contribute to the development of automation standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong background in automation technologies, including programming languages, software development, and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
