Position Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to play a crucial role in the development of mission-critical applications and web services, specifically within an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) framework. The ideal candidate will provide in-depth expertise in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecting and designing secure systems, focusing on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Security Token Services (STS).
  • Conducting requirements analysis and ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Improving processes and optimizing data flow within the system architecture.
  • Developing comprehensive system design and configuration documentation.
  • Providing integration support for interfacing systems and managing operational support teams.

Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in PKI encryption and authentication mechanisms.
  • Understanding of Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) principles.
  • Proficiency with LDAP protocols, directory services, and replication (RedHat DS).
  • Familiarity with Digital Policy Management (DPM) and XACML standards.
  • Strong analytical skills for requirements decomposition.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine).
  • Adept at breaking down complex software processes to identify dependencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to create and review technical documentation, including user guides and wiki content.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in System Engineering, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
