Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Enforcement Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our commercial litigation department, you will be responsible for enforcing contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce contracts and resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support contract enforcement efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent contract breaches and resolve disputes efficiently
  • Collaborate with senior counsel to resolve complex matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company in court proceedings, as needed

Requirements

  • Active membership in the New York State Bar Association
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial litigation or contract enforcement
  • Strong understanding of electronic filing procedures and court protocols
