Rural Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity with Competitive Compensation

MedConnect Staffing is proud to partner with a hospital behavioral health clinic in Eastern Oregon to offer a unique opportunity for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. This role combines the rewards of working in a dynamic healthcare environment with the charm of a rural community, offering an ideal work-life balance and schedule flexibility.
About the RoleThis position involves working as part of a supportive team of healthcare professionals, serving a local population of approximately 35,000 residents. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive total compensation package, including:
- A very competitive base salary of over $125,000 per year
- An RVU production bonus opportunity based on an annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually
- A commencement bonus of $15,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
- Student loan assistance
- Hospital employed status
- Comprehensive benefits, including a 401k match
- Paid malpractice
