Salary and Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive total compensation package, exceeding $135,000 annually, including:

  • A base salary of over $120,000 per year
  • A signing bonus of $20,000
  • RVU bonuses based on annual thresholds

Job Description

As a Rural Healthcare Professional, you will work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality patient care in a Level IV Trauma Center setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations

You will work a standard 10-hour shift from 10 am to 10 pm, enjoying a healthy work-life balance amidst the stunning natural beauty of Eastern Oregon.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
