We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Obstetrics Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Hospital Women s & Children s Clinic in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive group of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional patient care as a nurse practitioner, working closely with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing routine check-ups, health assessments, and medical consultations to patients in our outpatient clinic.
- Diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, including obstetric and gynecological issues.
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies as needed.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and excellent patient outcomes.
Benefits and Perks
This role offers a highly competitive salary of $137,000+ per year, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced nurse practitioners looking to take their careers to the next level. In addition to your salary, you can expect:
- A generous bonus structure based on annual threshold and quality incentives up to $12,500 annually.
